Regret at Virtue Med Spa – Poor Results & Unprofessional Response
I’m extremely disappointed with the Botox treatment I received at Virtue Med Spa. I paid $400 expecting professional results and care, but nearly a month later, I’m still dealing with issues around my eyes. They feel heavy, and the overall look is worse than before—unnatural and uneven.
I was told the full amount of units was used, but I’ve seen no real improvement. In fact, it’s made me more self-conscious. When I expressed my concerns, instead of listening or offering help, the provider blamed my age and my heritage. That response was not only dismissive, it was deeply unprofessional and offensive.
I didn’t come here to be judged—I came expecting a medical aesthetic professional who could guide me, listen, and provide solutions. I got none of that.
If you’re considering getting Botox here, I urge you to think twice. Results matter—but how you’re treated when something goes wrong matters even more. I regret trusting this place with my face and my money.

If you are thinking of going anywhere else you’re CRAZY! I’ve never met someone so passionate and attentive to detail like Jen is. Her work is always a masterpiece and she always makes sure to involve you in the process asking what your goals are and ensuring you are happy before leaving. I also love that she is extremely transparent with her pricing before she does anything. She is incredibly kind, comforting, and cares a lot about her work which is why I trust her implicitly with anything she does to my face. So happy to have found her and I will never go to anyone else. Just simply the best experience start to finish! (Her staff are phenomenal as well!)

Great people and a better environment, the place is absolutely gorgeous. The atmosphere is very high end. Get your wife or girlfriend a gift card for some of their great services. Jenn is one of the best around to subtly enhance with injectables to create a naturally youthful look.

Jennifer Gray
Jennifer has multiple years of experience as an injector and has trained with some of the highest-ranked injection instructors in the nation. She holds an RN, BSN degree and is currently enrolled at Loyola University to complete her degree as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a concentration as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Jennifer is passionate about educating her clients on various treatments and procedures, and she values the importance of education. When she’s not working, studying for tests, or staying current with the latest treatments, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones and friends.
