Children Policy
We adore children and have a few of our own, but we’re here to focus on pampering you. We kindly ask that you arrange for your children to be looked after while you’re with us.
Cancellation Policy
– We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
– If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to your account for each occurrence.
– The cancellation fee must be paid in full before booking any future appointments.
– We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our cancellation policy, as it allows us to better serve all of our clients and manage our schedule effectively.
– Due to the increasing number of appointments, we now require all clients to keep a credit card on file. This card will be used for payment at checkout following your appointment, as well as for any no-call/no-show fees, if applicable.
